ギレメッテは、シャネル、エルメス、サンローラン、ジョンガリアーノなど世界的に有名なアトリエで働く機会を得、同時に自分の好きなスタイルのヴィンテージなものと新しいものを組み合わせて新たなスタイルのアクセサリーを作って楽しんでいた。
Do you know small Parisian brand “MAISON GUILLEMETTE”? Guillemette is an french girl who had the opportunity to work within the most beautiful Maisons (Chanel, Hermès, Saint Laurent or John Galliano) and she has always loved searching for vintage clothes at her grandmothers’ place, mixing their styles and stories to imagine her accessories.

そうしてちょうど4年前の今、シャネルにてインターンをしていた彼女は、密かに自身で『NOEUD ME QUITTE PAS』と題したブレスレットを作っては、お友達に売っていた。ちなみにフランスで有名な曲でもある “Ne” me quitte pas「私から離れないで」の言葉遊びで”Ne”を”Noeud”に置き換え、「リボンは私を離れないわ」というブランド名の意味。そこから本格的に活動していこうと、アトリエを示す『MAISON』と本人の名前『GUILLEMETTE』をくっつけ、2014年5月に『MAISON GUILLEMETTE』が誕生した。
4 years ago, when she was doing internship for CHANEL, she made her own accessory brand “NOEUD ME QUITTE PAS” that she sold to her friends. The name is similar to the famous music song in France “Ne” me quite pas (don’t leave me)”, but She used “NOEUD (ribbon)” place of “Ne (not)”.. and it’s mean , “Ribbon not leave me” So fun… But last May, she decided to use a name that sounds more professional and she founded her brand with her name and “MAISON GUILLEMETTE”.

全てパリで作られているハンドメイドのアクセサリーで、値段は40〜125ユーロ。アトリエと相談してカスタマイズをすることも可能。
All hand made in Paris, the price range is between 40-125 euro. and You can contact the atelier directly to make original customize.

昔からバレエを習っていたこともあり、そこからチュール、サタン、リボンや花冠などを使った作品作りへのインスピレーションを受けた。
Guillemette has been doing ballet from a very young age. Her interpretation of tulle, satin ribbons and flower crowns, are inspired by the world of classical dance.
