セレブ御用達のサロン『プラチナセル』で、脂肪冷却施術を受けてみた。１回８万円とセレブな価格だけれど、初回はトライアル価格１万円でできるのだ。痛かったけれど、ウエストが早速スリムに！I’ve received a fat cooling treatment at『PLATINA CELL CLINIC 』where Japanese celebrities go to. Normally the treatment is ¥ 80,000 as it is a celebrity price… But it was a trial and only ¥ 10,000! My waist got slim immediately!!!! It was really painful though..
運動をしても痩せるのには時間がかかる。近日、友人と海にいくことになったので、それまでに溜め込んだお腹の肉を急遽どうにかしないといけないことに。そこで「脂肪冷却施術」という未知なものに挑戦してみることに。
Even if I do some exercises, it takes time to reduce waist size… I have to go to a beach with my friend in few days… So I have to sort out my fatty belly before that. I decided to try the unknown treatment which calls 『a fat cooling treatment』 .
腹部の真ん中に二つ溶解成分の入ったペーパーをひき、機械をつける。きゅーーーっと吸引される感じにお腹が機械の中へ、ジリジリ振動しながら。超未来的な機械なので機械に吸い取られたお腹がどんなになっているのかわからないが吸引されているので最初はややお腹が張って痛い。でも徐々に慣れてリラックス。
Put two sheets of paper which contains the dissolved components on my abdomen then turn on the machine. I felt my stomach was sucked into the machine. I have no idea what was going on with my tummy because it was a ultra- futuristic machine! It hurt like my tummy was sucked into the machine at the beginning but after I could relax!
15分後、機械を取ってその部分を触るとお腹がひんやり。こんなに冷やされていたなんて～
15 minutes later, I touched my stomach and it was cold! I didn’t realised how it was cold!
その後、他の機械をお腹に当てられドリルのように叩かれる。これがまた痛いのだ！でも5分ほどの短い時間なので我慢我慢！これでお腹周りが細くなるんだから！！！痛みは個人差もあり、痛くない人が大半らしいけれど、ぷよぷよお腹の私にはかなりキイタ。
Then changing to another machine was beating my belly… And it hurt very much!!But it was just 5 minutes and then I can reduce my fatty belly so I could stand it…. Yes, I could!!!! It was really painful for me but people feel differently but it was really painful for my fatty marshmallow belly.
結果、3cmも減った＆1ヶ月かけてじわじわと効果が出るらしい・・・これなら週末は水着を着ても大丈夫ね。
The result was I could reduce my belly 3cm … Also it effects more in a month… So I could wear my bikini the weekend!
