シュッとして、頭からつま先まで全身を軽くマッサージ。特につま先は冷えやすいので足つぼマッサージをして暖めてからソックスを履くことをおすすめしまーす。
Put the oil, massage the whole body from head to toe. I recommended to try foot massage and wear socks to keep warm.

次に肌の潤いを与える化粧水『ジェントルピュアネストーニングローション』を顔に馴染ませる。ローズの香りが気分を落ち着かせる上、アルコールフリーなので、肌がデリケートになる空中でも心配せずに使えるのでおすすめ★★市販のものは、200mlなので、小さな容器に移し替えて持ち込んでます。仕上げに『メルベイヤンスエキスパートクリーム』をマッサージしながら顔全体に伸ばし終了！
Then I put lotion moisturize skin “Gentle Toning Lotion with Rose Petals” on my face. Rose smell is perfect to calm the mood and it’s alcohol-free, so we can use this with out problems on the plain ★★ I transferred it to a small bottle. To finish, I put “Merveillance® Expert Normal Skin Cream” for a face massage.
