先日、「kapok（カポック）」が日本上陸し、初のフラッグシップショップを神宮前にオープンした！オープニングパーティーでは、独自のプロダクトセレクションと“カポックフォトブース”キャンペーン、ゲストDJ 沖野修也の音楽やカクテルなどで盛り上がった。では早速、『未来の定番』をチェックしてみよう。L’ouverture de la boutique “kapok” au Japon a eu lieu il y a quelques jours. Avec “kapok Photo Booth”, DJ, cocktails, on s’est bien amusés à découvrir le “Future Standard”.
2006年、香港在住のフランス人のアルノー・カステルが「カポック」を香港に創業した。彼は、クラフトマンシップ、クリエイティビティとイノベーションにフォーカスした世界中のブランドを独自の感覚からセレクトし、現在では、香港、台湾、シンガポールに11店舗を構えアジア中のファッションファンを虜にしている。
In 2006, a French man called Arnault Castel, living in Hong Kong founded “kapok”. He selected items from around the world with original sense of innovation, craftsmanship, and creativity. Now he has 11 stores in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore. Today, many fashionistas in Asia remark his selection!

東京のフラグシップストアでは、デンマークの「mismo（ミスモ）」「rains（レインズ）」、スウェーデンの「sandqvist（サンドクヴィスト）」、ドイツの「VOR（ヴォル）」、LAの「MARIE TURNOR （マリーターナー）写真下」、
In the store, we can find brands such as “Mismo” “rains” from Denmark, “Sandqvist”from Sweden, “VOR” from Germany, “MARIE TURNOR (photo↓)” from LA,

フランスの「carré royal（カレ・ロワイヤル）写真下」「Officine Generale（オフィシン・ジェネラル）」など世界中のファショニスタから支持されている注目ブランド、
“Carré royal (photo↓)” “Officine Generale” from France, etc…. In Tokyo’s store.

そして「カポック」限定で取り扱いとなる新進気鋭ブランドである、フランスの「drapeau noir（ドラッポー・ノワール）」、香港の「berayah（ベラヤー）」「mischa（ミシャ）写真下のバッグ」、シンガポールの「HUG A PORCUPINE（ハグアポーキュパイン）写真下のブローチ」、イギリスの「otho（オート）」など、優れた「future classics（未来の定番）」を扱っている。
And we can find up-and-coming brands that limited for “kapok” like “Drapeau noir” from France, “Berayah”, “Mischa (photo↓bag)” from HK, “HUG A PORCUPINE (photo↓broach)” from Singapour etc… that the “future classics”!

「mischa」に関しては、実はフランス人の私のお友達のお友達がデザイナーさんで、今度香港に行った際に会おうと思っていたところ。まさか、日本の「カポック」で発見できるなんて偶然の偶然！着けてるブローチ「HUG A PORCUPINE」は、とても愛らしく、中でも動物の「origami」シリーズは世界中で絶賛中。
Designer of “mischa” is actually my friend and when I found her brand here, it was so excited! About this brooch that I put, they have another model witch name is “origami”, these have form of animal and it’s very lovely. Many people love this model around the world!

スペインの『Etnia Barcelona』のサングラスもカッコいい！MIKI TVお世話係のお馴染みFloちゃんです。
We found cool sunglasses called “Etnia Barcelona” from Spain. They are also cool!
オリジナルキャップをかぶり、カポックスタイルになって、会場にあったフォトブースでキメちゃった！
We put the original cap and took photographs with an original photo booth! That’s the Kapok Style ! Yeah

他にもフランスの若者に大人気の時計『Daniel Wellington（ダニエルウェリントン）写真下』や、ミラノ発のiPad、ノートブック、iPhoneなどのガジェット用のソフトケース『Pijama（ピジャマ）写真上のブルーのケース』、
Then we watched the brand “Daniel Wellington” and soft case brand “pijama”.

2人のフランス人デザイナーが手掛けるアクセサリー・オブジェブランド『Macon et Lesquoy（マコン&レスコア）』なども！
“Macon et Lesquoy” which is from two French designers, I love it!
