多くの伝説を残している「楊貴妃」は、得に唐の第9代皇帝であった玄宗とのラブストーリーで映画や書籍で伝えられてきましたが、他にも芸術性に優れていたり、相当美容に気を使っていたりした女性。
many legend persist about the beauty of lady yang , who the most tragique love story with the Emperor xuanzong of tang , not only the complicated thing. Lady Yang was extremely talented in performing arts and the beauty food.

そんな楊貴妃が愛した食材と歴史的エピソードで展開する全9品のコースメニューが、2016年5月10日まで「王朝」にて期間限定で楽しめる。美しくなれるフードがたっぷりのメニューを楽しみながら「楊貴妃の旅」を体験してみました。

まず、中国と言えばお茶。桜の花が素敵な中国茶で「楊貴妃」ワールドに浸かってみる。

「妃前菜の盛り合わせ」には、新鮮な海鮮とコラーゲンたっぷりの煮こごり。この頃から楊貴妃は、コラーゲンは美容に良いと食に入れていたようです。

次に「手長海老・帆立貝・ズワイ蟹入り　パパイヤと白きくらげのスープ」。白キクラゲは美容に良いとのことで楊貴妃の好物である。また、中国の運河に浮かぶ運搬船をイメージしたパパイヤキャビアの小船もキュート！
the mariage with fruit papaya ,and white cloud ear mushroom soup , langoustine , scallop and zuwai crab to remind the boat travel usefull transport in the period of dynasty .

「鮑と手羽先のコラーゲン煮紙包仕立」では、コラーゲンたっぷりの手羽先とあわびが楽しめる。美しい楊貴妃を一目から隠そうとしたのをイメージしたプレートも素敵☆
The collagene is omnipresent especially chicken wing collagene and braised Abalone ,

「和牛サーロインのソテートリュフ塩と2種胡椒」では、シルクロードを経て色んなスパイスを入手するということにちなんで、お肉を色んなスパイスをかけて楽しめるプレート。
then the beef wagyu excellently with truffe salt and 2 kind pepper,

「赤ハタのジャスミン茶強火蒸し」は、湯気、ジャスミン茶で蒸した温泉を意識したお魚。皇帝玄宗が楊貴妃のために温泉の湧き出る土地に専用の風呂を作らせたとのエピソードからインスピレーション。赤はたの赤みは、楊貴妃が温泉に入った時、白い肌が赤くなったことを意識。

そして、「黒米ダック炒飯パールパウダー添え」は、実は楊貴妃のお墓をイメージしたという・・・黒米は似よう／栄養分豊富で、三角山になっているのは楊貴妃のお墓の石を削って飲んだり、お化粧に混ぜたりすると美しくなると言う言い伝えがありみんな削ってしまったからです。真珠の粉パールパウダーは、そんなお墓を削ったパウダーをイメージしているとか・・・

クライマックスには、愛する楊貴妃のため、何千キロも離れた土地までも探し求めたと言われるライチを用いた「桂花陳酒とクランベリーのゼリーライチーシャーベット、アキョウ添え」
finally dessert Lady Yang favourite fruit were lychees, which was not grown in the north. The emperor decided to transport some for her. However lychees could not be kept for long, and turned bad quickly.

この時代は未だ冷蔵庫がなかった時代です。ライチ収穫のために馬が死ぬまで全速力で走らせていたという楊貴妃への愛が伝わるエピソード。ブラックコラーゲン（ロバから採取）をお砂糖と煮込んだアキョウと真っ赤なエレガントなクランベリーゼリー、好物のライチのデザート。
There were no refrigerators or canned food back then, so guess what the emperor did? He ordered the lychees to be transported by horseback without stop… the dessert is exactly how she like ! with the black collagene in the red jelly cranberries .
